The Sr. Contract Pricing Corrections Specialist will serve as an SME supporting all functions of the Pricing Corrections Team while processing daily workload among the team of Pricing Corrections Analysts. Position is required be able to process pricing corrections and associated research across all supported business unit partners while achieving accuracy and timeliness metrics and SLAs. The Sr. Contract Pricing Corrections Specialist will monitor activity to help provide insights and feedback to internal customers to help prevent upstream defects.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as SME among Pricing Correction Analysts and provide associated assistance and training among Analysts on pricing correction protocols/processes.
  • Complete daily workload as assigned within SLA and processing accuracy targets supporting all categories of pricing corrections for Pharma, Specialty, MPB and MMS totaling over $4.5B in transactions annually.
  • Verifies all aspects of pricing to ensure conformance with company policy while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
  • Monitor group mailboxes to insure work is being allocated timely.
  • Able to review and research data sets as necessary.
  • Works with Pricing Corrections Team Lead to Analyze/Report/Action on monthly results and activity among core business partners to help prevent upstream defects.
  • Anticipates problems and initiates actions to ensure customer corrections are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Work with IT support team as needed to insure ERP and IDT software is functioning as intended.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with business partners and internal customers including McKesson MHS, RNA, and ISMC Support Services, NAFSS Finance and Accounting, Field Account Managers, Health Systems Coordinators, Sales Administrators, and any other internal customers requiring pricing corrections support including helping align business requirements and departmental processes.
  • Support team and associated processes to identify continuous process improvement opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Typically requires 5+ years of related experience

Critical Skills:

  • Contract administration experience
  • JDE Experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel and Power Point; ACCESS a plus
  • Ability to convert large sets of data into meaningful insights

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

  • SAP preferred
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Attentive to details
  • Partner with support services including Technology Solutions and Six Sigma to help drive change
  • Raise process or system related concerns to management to prevent errors/gaps
