Position Responsibilities
- Review a variety of intellectual property matters, including marketing materials, copyright / trademark infringement and patent research.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support our legal team.
- Assist in litigation and regulatory matters, including fact investigation and document management.
- Handle responses to subpoenas and other document requests.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree. Paralegal certificate preferred.
- 2+ years as a paralegal with intellectual property experience a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
