Job Overview – Paralegal (Hybrid):

Join our client in Montgomery County, PA, as a Paralegal. This hybrid role supports the Municipal/Land Use/Zoning/Business Practice Groups, handling legal document preparation, client communication, filings, and administrative support. You’ll work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth case management and effective document handling.

Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000/year

Location: Montgomery County, PA

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Responsibilities as the Paralegal:

  • Legal Document Preparation: Draft legal documents, correspondence, and filings for Municipal, Land Use, Zoning, and Business matters.
  • Client Communication: Interact with clients, manage attorney calendars, and coordinate communication.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as billing, mailings, and binder preparation.
  • Document Review & Filing: Review and prepare documents for recording, filings with courts, and document management.
  • Research: Conduct legal research and case analysis, supporting attorneys with relevant information.

Qualifications for the Paralegal:

  • Education: Paralegal Certification or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Legal setting, preferably in Municipal, Land Use, or Business Law.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong research skills, and familiarity with legal databases.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, accuracy in document review, and communication skills are essential.
