Your Responsibilities

As an Attorney for the Litigation & Product Liability Group at John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, you will be responsible for the following: • Providing legal advice and counsel related to eDiscovery (including data identification, preservation, collection and review) and evidence preservation • Managing eDiscovery workflows, including managing large data review projects • Providing legal advice on discovery, data management, and cross-border data transfers in litigation • Defending product liability or contract litigation brought against the Company

What Skills You Need • 2 or more years of experience managing litigation, including responding to written discovery • Strong interpersonal collaboration and influencing without authority skills • Passion for harnessing new technology

What Makes You Stand Out • Experience managing eDiscovery workflows • Experience using Relativity, Purview, Exterro or OnIt • Experience managing discovery disputes • Experience defending product liability or contract dispute matters • Experience managing litigation in-house

Education • Juris Doctorate degree • Licensed to practice in the US state and ability to become licensed in Illinois
