A leading global publishing company is seeking a paralegal supervisor to support their litigation paralegal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong full-cycle litigation background, trial support experience, and exemplary leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and oversee a team of litigation paralegals, providing guidance, objectives, and professional development plans
• Review and offer feedback on routine paralegal work, ensuring compliance, formatting standards, and all other needs
• Develop, implement, and exemplify best practices and standards, providing training and support as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Cite-checking / Bluebooking experience
• Leadership/supervisory experience with paralegal staff
