The Role:
Blue Owl is looking for a Vice President to join its Legal team. This role will be based in New York or Short Hills, NJ and provide support for Private Wealth and Institutional Business Development teams and their fund-raising efforts across Blue Owl’s Credit, GP Capital Solutions and Real Estate platforms.
The ideal candidate is a highly detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage multiple projects and who is excited about being part of a Legal team that covers a broad range of issues. We are looking for candidates who are intellectually curious and interested in the intersection of law, technology, and finance.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate placement agreements, distribution agreements, and other related legal documents with placement agents, brokers, FinTech platforms and other intermediaries.
Qualifications:
It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $175,000 to $200,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
