Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to craft NETGEAR's approach to product development, privacy, and security while closely collaborating with various teams across the organization. As we expand and evolve, we are seeking a senior legal leader to guide in vital areas of our business.
Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will work directly with product development, engineering, IT, and marketing teams to lead matters related to privacy, product counseling, security, advertising, marketing, hardware, and other areas as needed. This role involves providing broad, general legal counsel across business functions while collaborating with other subject matter experts.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $280,000-$325,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, professional background, business need and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
