Position Summary:
The corporate paralegal will perform a range of duties under the supervision of one or more attorneys in the firms’ Operations department, spending a majority of time on regulatory matters, legal billing and document management. The position interacts not only with in-house attorneys, but also with other key stakeholders and business units. This candidate should have the ability to develop new processes and synthesize data with a strategic mindset. A commitment to excellence, attention to detail and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges are critical to success in the role.

Pay/Location
Hourly rate range for this position in Connecticut is between $35.00 and $45.00. Please note that specific compensation decisions are based upon a variety of job-related factors as permitted by law, including geographic location, credentials, skills, education, training and experience.
