Job Description Summary
The Executive Counsel - Pension Investments is an integral role within GE Aerospace, acting as a senior legal advisor and a close collaborator with the Chief Investment Officer. This position involves overseeing a wide range of legal activities, including but not limited to, providing legal guidance to the business teams on commercial matters, managing litigation risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and participating in the development and implementation of corporate policies. In addition to the foregoing, the position also requires acting as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer to an in-house SEC investment adviser, GE Investment Management Corp. (“GEIM”). The individual in this role supports the GEIM President and Chief Investment Officer with respect to the organization’s investments and leads all aspects of regulatory compliance.
