The ideal candidate will have experience in general liability, premises liability, and/or product liability-related litigation. This position requires experience in all aspects of case management, including fact investigation and discovery, reviewing and analyzing technical documents, case assessment analysis, drafting related to discovery and other litigation, as well as motion practice. Strong written communication and oral advocacy skills are essential, along with attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work. Admission to practice law in California is required. Likely salary range: $135,000 - $155,000. Exact compensation will vary and is fully dependent on years of practice, experience, and skill level.
