Paralegal II – Real Estate Legal Support Join DaVita’s dynamic Real Estate Legal Team (“Openers”) as a Paralegal II, providing critical legal and procedural support to Assistant General Counsels and helping manage DaVita’s expansive real estate portfolio (“Team Genesis”). This role involves interpreting leases, resolving landlord/tenant disputes, drafting correspondence and agreements, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret commercial leases and related agreements
• Draft letters addressing lease obligations, reimbursements, and landlord performance
• Resolve landlord/tenant disputes and support litigation efforts
• Collaborate with legal, operations, and finance teams
• Contribute to best practices and process improvements
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with professionalism and initiative

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree, Paralegal certificate, or Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in real estate law or property administration
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
