Role: This is a rare opportunity to serve as the first legal hire at a high-growth defense tech company, overseeing all legal facets of the business as it scales globally. The role is highly strategic, partnering closely with key executive stakeholders across the company, with the opportunity to shape the legal function and build a team from the ground up. The scope will be broad and dynamic, spanning government contracts, regulatory matters, IP, and general corporate legal support across the organization.

Requirements:

• JD 10+ Years Experience
• Strong background in Government Contracts, Regulatory, IP, ITAR, or Export Controls
• Successful track record operating at the highest level within top global institutions
• BigLaw Experience preferred
• Genuine interest in joining and helping build a high-growth technology company
• Strong intellectual curiosity

Compensation:

• $300K-350K base compensation
• Generous pre-IPO stock option grants
