About The Job

Position: Legal Professional

Type: Independent contractor

Compensation: $110–$130/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 4 weeks

Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Craft and review high-quality legal questions and evaluation sets to enhance AI systems.
  • Evaluate AI-generated legal responses for accuracy, clarity, and reasoning.
  • Solve domain-specific legal problems to benchmark AI capabilities.
  • Synthesize complex legal information from diverse sources to improve AI understanding.
  • Provide structured feedback to improve AI alignment with legal standards.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Advanced legal education or specialized credentials (LL.M., J.D., S.J.D., or Ph.D. in Law) from a top university, preferably in the United States.
  • Strong online research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information from diverse legal sources.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Prior experience practicing law or working in the legal industry.
