Agilent is seeking a strategic and dynamic leader to join our Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) organization as Associate Vice President of Regulatory Policy, Intelligence, and Operations (AVP of RIO). Reporting directly to the Vice President of GRA, this role leads a high-impact team of regulatory professionals responsible for advancing global regulatory intelligence, driving strategic external engagement, and optimizing regulatory processes across Agilent’s business divisions.
This leader will play a critical role in shaping Agilent’s regulatory and compliance strategies by monitoring global regulatory developments, translating complex data into actionable policies, and ensuring enterprise-wide alignment with evolving regulatory expectations. As a key member of the GRA leadership team, the AVP of RIO will influence cross-functional decision-making and represent Agilent in senior level regulatory and business forums.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $181,200.00 - $302,944.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
