Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Secretary to join our client's esteemed litigation firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal secretarial work, particularly in litigation, and will be responsible for a variety of administrative and case management tasks to support attorneys and maintain efficient office operations.

Responsibilities Of The Legal Administrative Secretary

  • Summarize legal cases and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Conduct research and investigations as needed to support casework.
  • Create, prepare, and file documents for court proceedings.
  • Expertly manage and organize legal documents and case files.
  • Assist in trial preparation, including assembling exhibits and maintaining trial binders.
  • Maintain and manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and schedules.

Required Experience/Skills for the Legal Administrative Secretary:

  • Minimum of 4 years of legal secretarial experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Legal Administrative Secretary:

  • Experience in litigation support.
  • Prior paralegal experience is a plus.

Education Requirements:

  • College degree preferred.
