In this role, you’ll design scalable monitoring solutions, optimize policy enforcement controls, and ensure compliance priorities are met across Walmart’s ecosystem. Our team ensures Walmart’s global data governance program meets evolving regulatory standards and internal compliance mandates. We work cross-functionally with Legal, InfoSec, Global Tech, and business leaders to design and implement effective controls. This role is critical to maintaining compliance, mitigating risk, and driving operational efficiency across Walmart’s enterprise.

What you'll do...

• Design and optimize global policy enforcement controls and scalable monitoring solutions.
• Translate compliance requirements into actionable technical controls.
• Conduct compliance reviews, automate KPI dashboards, and validate data classification.
• Partner with stakeholders to align policy compliance with operational needs.
• Monitor regulatory developments and share insights with leadership.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.

2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
