Overview:
The Legal Operations Manager will provide day-to-day support to the business by supporting general legal administration, enterprise contracting, project management and support, and other special projects.
Essential Functions:
- General legal department administration, which includes supporting the insurance portfolio and related documentation

Manage enterprise contracting processes and functions, including but not limited to:

Using standardized templates

Liaising with internal stakeholders

Facilitating execution in a fast-paced environment

Engage in project management and support related to a variety of strategic priorities

Support special projects as assigned, such as the selection, deployment, and maintenance of a contract management platform

Perform multistate research on key regulatory issues
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

Paralegal certificate or equivalent professional experience
-
3 to 10 years’ experience working in a corporate setting performing similar functions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines

Ability to function both independently and as a part of a team
