Every successful team at NIKE needs a forward-thinking game plan, and our plan is to deliver innovative and scalable products, services and solutions to the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) and the broader enterprise. The CAO is home to Legal, Government and Public Affairs, Aviation, Social and Community Impact and Resilience. The Strategy and Operations team works to drive increased efficiency; amplify predictability and consistency in our strategic and business planning processes; and deliver on opportunities with the biggest impact across the CAO and NIKE.

WHAT WILL YOU BE WORKING ON?

As an integral part of the Global Strategy and Operations team, this Systems Administrator role will manage a portfolio of key platforms to ensure that we are unlocking capabilities for the CAO. Example platforms include Thompson Reuter’s Legal Tracker, Conga Contracts for Salesforce, Apttus on Salesforce and Adobe Sign.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Improve the platforms in your portfolio based on continual feedback collected from end-users
  • Engage in pro-active vendor management including regular business reviews
  • Consult on issue resolution, triage, and troubleshooting with Nike Technology
  • Work closely with teams to understand business processes, gather user requirements, and make design recommendations based on those requirements
  • Support end-user training through preparation and delivery of training and site documentation for platforms in your portfolio
  • Stay informed of and apply industry and technology trends and apply emerging tools and techniques to keep the processes current
  • Lead the team in adoption of established best practices
  • Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for important insights

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
  • Bachelor’s degree or two years of additional experience in lieu of degree
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in troubleshooting and providing support to end users
  • Demonstrated experience working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate
  • Ability to work with global, cross functional teams to get things done
  • Highly motivated, curious and a self-starter
  • Strong communication & social skills
  • Strong listening and influencing skills
