Highlighted Duties:

• Effectively manage, prioritize and complete all position responsibilities
• Consult and advise clients on corporate matters such as: commercial transactions, contracts, real estate, mergers & acquisitions, tax, business formations, etc.
• Review and draft large commercial contracts per clients’ needs
• Research and develop legal opinions and memoranda on corporate law matters
• Stay abreast of corporate law and future laws that may affect the clients

Highlighted Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Kentucky
• 5+ years of experience with Corporate and Business Law
• Must have excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with clients, partners and staff
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
