Legal.io is working with a top fintech company to hire a contract administrator for a 6 month contract.

This position is located in Charlotte, NC - and the candidate will be expected to be on-site starting after Labor Day 2021.

Job Responsibilities:

• This is not a substantive legal position - you will not be drafting, redlining, or negotiating contracts.
• The Contracts Administrator will provide general support to the Commercial Counsels, and ensure that our contract workflows run smoothly. This includes triaging requests to ensure issues and requests are appropriately raised to legal counsel and that documents are sent out and executed in a timely manner.
• Readying contracts and coordinating execution via Docusign.
• This role will also be responsible for ensuring our contracts and related data are properly entered and maintained in our contract management system, Ironclad, once executed.
• Familiarity with Ironclad and Jira strongly preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a contract manager
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials
• A strong work ethic, exceptional judgment, and uncompromising integrity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tools: Ironclad, Jira, Docusign
• Experience at a high growth tech company

Role Details:

• Anticipated Start Date: Immediately
• Schedule: 40 hours per week for 6 months
• Pay Rate: $30/hr - $40/hr ($60k - $80k annually)
• Location: Charlotte, NC - in-office after COVID in Q3 2021
