Job Summary

Rubrik is seeking an experienced Manager, Global Equity Plan Services to build a best-in-class stock administration function. You will make your mark on the company by defining policies and processes. You will also be a partner in educating employees so they really understand the value of their equity. Using your experience managing equity operations, you will be a lead of important equity projects to move the company forward as we march toward being a future public company. The Manager, Global Equity Plan Services will be a key liaison between Finance, Payroll, HR and Legal. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes the opportunity to make a difference in a growing organization.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Play a key role/lead cross-functional projects related to equity operations, E*TRADE integration, Tax Mobility, international equity, etc.
  • Create a library of employee training, FAQs, communications and ensure these are maintained and up to date. 
  • Create foundational equity policies and procedures that are considered best practices in the industry and keep them up to date. 
  • Manage/maintain equity databases and ensure accuracy at all times.
  • Audit/review equity transactions: stock options, restricted stock units and employee stock purchase plan on a timely basis for equity holders.
  • Ensure international equity rules and regulations are built into equity policies and procedures. 
  • Partner with payroll team on all equity reporting requirements.
  • Ensure timely reporting from Equity Edge database, for all stakeholders.
  • Assist in answering stakeholder questions on equity.
  • Ensure that internal controls and procedures are followed to satisfy periodic review of compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
  • Assist with international equity filings and reporting requirements

Experience you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or similar preferred.
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in stock administration in a publicly traded company. Pre-IPO company experience a plus.
  • Must have experience with stock options, RSUs and ESPP on E*TRADE platform (preferred) or other equity platforms.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality of materials and information.
  • Able to be accountable for work and drive projects/tasks to completion timely. 
  • Able to work independently and effectively with a range of individuals.
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to details required.
  • Strong organization skills, work ethic, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
