Girard Sharp LLP is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial associate for our San Francisco office.

We prepare associates to become the top attorneys in our field. They will have the opportunity to work with accomplished litigators and advocate for our clients in court and in negotiations with opposing counsel. They will prepare and argue critical motions, and work in collaboration with our lawyers on case strategy and decision-making. Requirements:

• J.D. with two or more years’ litigation experience (class action preferred);
• Superior writing, drafting, and oral advocacy skills;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills;
• Results-oriented, with strong drive and initiative; and
• ·         Ability to work independently, shift focus, and respond to changing priorities;
