I handle a variety of transactional, employment and compliance matters for small to mid-size buinesses and non-profits. For 10 years (2002- 2011), I was General Counsel for the Pitttsburgh Pirates. Before that, I was a commercial litigator. I am also an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
