Austin Wilkerson represents businesses, churches, ministries, and nonprofits. He is the founding Attorney of Wilkerson Legal. He and his wife, Elizabeth, have four daughters and a son: Stella, Clara, Moriah, Tessa, and Justus. They live outside Louisville, Kentucky.

He has a BS in Int'l Business (summa cum laude) from ORU in Tulsa and a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Regent University in Virginia Beach.

He is admitted to practice law in Texas and Kentucky.
