How it works

Legal departments and law firms can submit a request for proposals or connect with a expert. Once we fully understand your needs and preferences, you will be presented with potential candidates. Interviews will be facilitated with selected individuals. secondments typically last for three to nine months, with secondees working on-site or remote for three or more days per week. Candidates are often able to start in a matter of days.

Our Secondments allow you to fill an interim need with the right resources under convenient terms. Secondees can be made available on a 1099 and W2 basis, depending on legal requirements and your preferences.
