The individual in this role will support the organization on a wide variety of ethics and compliance related matters. The Manager – Global Ethics & Compliance will be responsible for tracking and analyzing data related to compliance with various laws, regulations, and company policies, identifying potential risks, and implementing measures to mitigate those risks. The individual in this role will also be responsible for updating and developing training for employees on compliance topics; writing and implementing company policies; and project managing initiatives for the Global Ethics and Compliance team.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement systems to track and analyze compliance related data
Work with other members of the legal team to develop and provide ongoing training programs to employees
Create, modify, update, and implement company policies
Research and stay abreast of laws and regulations related to ethics and compliance
Other duties as required based on business and legal needs
Specific Job Requirements
Degree from an accredited college or university
2 or more years of relevant experience in compliance
Knowledge and experience working in the Microsoft suite and other software
Ability to work efficiently in a demanding environment
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage various matters with competing deadlines
Occasional travel possible
