The Division Counsel, Joint Replacement is primarily responsible for proactively handling a broad range of legal and compliance matters associated with the Mako business unit in Stryker’s Joint Replacement division. The Division Counsel works closely with Mako (robotic-arm assisted joint replacement surgery) business unit leadership and functional partners on a variety of legal and strategic business issues, including Capital Sales/Service, Marketing, Education, Robotic Technology, and Data Analytics. This is a leadership position that significantly impacts the strategy of a function within a business unit.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 5 years applicable professional experience; prior professional experience considered

Requires a comprehensive understanding of and enterprise level leadership interaction with all areas of the organization including other functions (regulatory, finance, human resources, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, R&D, sales, and marketing, among others), divisions and geographies
