We're looking for a Paralegal or Sr. Paralegal to join our legal team. This individual will contribute to our mission by primarily providing support for a variety of contract and database management related duties but also the other legal and compliance needs of the company. Are you someone who is organized, has a meticulous attention to detail, and a multi-tasker who's looking for an opportunity to work from home and utilize their skills to use with a growing biotech company? Do you have experience with contracting and also corporate records management, IP portfolio management, or compliance/privacy program support? Previous commercial contracting experience and experience in at least one other care of legal support is required, along with experience working with SharePoint. The successful candidate will possess a Paralegal degree or certification or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years experience developing and executing a variety of contract agreements; experience working within a commercial company is a plus.
