Law Office of Jodie A. Borger, LLC and Golden Dog Title in Bluffton, South Carolina, a division of Dream Finders Homes is seeking a detail-oriented real estate paralegal.

Must be familiar with the SC closing process, bring a positive attitude, work well under pressure, have organizational skills and be able to handle volume in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or related training
• Time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
• Excellent spelling and language comprehension
• Ability to organize and prioritize work tasks
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Ability to work well with others
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of Softpro Select is a plus but not required.
