The Role
Nasdaqs award-winning legal group, which employs over 50 lawyers in offices in the U.S. and Europe, has a rare opportunity for an experienced, well-credentialed transaction lawyer with extensive experience in technology and data licensing.You will provide guidance on Nasdaqs market technology and information products and services which will include commercial legal advice, managing complex transactions, and leveraging the latest technology to create legal frameworks for Nasdaqs innovative global products and services. The role will work closely with product, engineering, regulatory and compliance, marketing, operations, and business teams.
