Commercial Corporate Paralegal / Legal Specialist
Business Line Description
Job Summary:
Paralegal Support: NDA contract review, drafting & negotiation, research related to contracts and other legal topics, support and collaboration with attorneys and other internal stakeholders.
Legal Technology Systems Support: project management, implementation, change management and facilitate adoption.
Legal Operations Support for Contracting: Development of documentation, delivery of training, support & daily troubleshooting assistance with stakeholders. Work in a proactive, agile, collaborative, and effective way.
Key Challenges:
Implementation of complex process solutions and new technologies with due regard for the challenges inherent in managing change in a large company.
High volume and ‘fast-paced’’ flow of substantive work that demands efficient and quality-oriented responses.
Critical thinking & problem solving is a must.
Work in proactive, agile, collaborative, effective and creative ways to provide solutions daily to urgent and unexpected problems and deadlines
Ability to manage assigned work and prioritize on-the spot support.
Be able to work across regions and time zones due to the global nature of the company with respect for cultural differences.

Ability to work well in a support function potentially interacting with all other organizations within the company including Sales, Procurement, Marketing, businesses.
Job Qualifications:

Ability to lead change regarding legal tools and technology
Candidates who have a Bachelors or Associates Degree who also possess an accredited Paralegal certificate. Paralegal Certification is preferred.
2-5 years’ experience required with In-House experience highly valued
MS Office suite including TEAMS & Power BI, Contract Management Software, eSign Software, SharePoint, Business intelligence (BI) related tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.).
