The Intel Patent Litigation Group has an immediate opening for a senior litigation counsel. In this position, you will be reporting to the Director of Patent Litigation and will manage certain Intel patent litigation matters. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Qualifications
Stellar oral and written advocacy skills
Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
Excellent teaming and project leadership skills
Demonstrated personal courtroom success, including participation in jury selection and trial strategy
Ability to travel out-of-state and potentially internationally depending on the locations and status of the cases assigned to you
Ability to function and manage independently, but also work well in an environment that requires working with others to be successful
Experience in managing very large complex cases
Experience in foreign patent litigation
