Counsel is responsible for managing all phases of legal work relating to employment matters in the United States and internationally for Restaurant Brands International US Services LLC and its affiliates, including the management of all litigation arising from these areas of responsibility. Counsel's responsibilities may also include work related to the legal aspects of our mobility and immigration processes and the Company's global compliance program.
Counsel will supervise and manage one or more paralegals within the Legal Department and will interact frequently with members of the People Team, including the Chief People Officer, and other attorneys within the Legal Department. Counsel will also work closely with outside counsel.
