The Darren Findling Law Firm, PLC, is a growing, full-service probate firm with offices in Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, and Florida. The firm seeks an energetic and passionate attorney for their Ohio office located in Independence, Ohio. Applicants must possess strong entrepreneurial skills, think outside the box, and have the desire to grow the business into a well-known brand in Ohio. We are interested in candidates with experience in probate matters, including guardianships, minor settlements, deceased estates, trust administration, and related litigation. Additional consideration will be given to applicants with experience in special needs planning, Medicaid and VA planning. We welcome candidates with a book of business or who operate currently as a sole practitioner and will structure favorable compensation.
