JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Typically requires undergraduate and law school (LL.B. or J.D.) degrees and a license to practice law in the State of California or a jurisdiction in which the Company does business.
• Three + years of legal experience desired
• Must have an extensive understanding of state, federal and international legal principles, concepts, theory, laws, regulations, and practices.
• Must possess leadership skills including organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet established deadlines or milestones while maintaining superior attention to detail.
• Must possess (1) the ability to resolve unusually complex legal issues; (2) excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to serve as spokesperson on assigned projects; (3) the ability to provide leadership and direction to support staff; (4) the ability to effectively interface with general counsel, other attorneys, and support staff, (5) the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information; (6) knowledge of computer applications and operations pertinent to the field; and (7) excellent attention to detail.
• Must be able to work on a self-initiated basis and in a team environment, able to work extended hours and travel as required and may be required to obtain a security clearance.
