General Summary
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Reviews, analyzes, and manages intellectual property data and information to identify issues, ensure licensees are in compliance with licensing agreements, and identify licensing opportunities. Adheres to and/or contributes to the development of Qualcomm policies and procedures related to IP licensing as well as industry best practices and techniques to effectively address compliance needs. Works across teams to identify creative solutions to issues and support IP licensing goals. Generates reports and insights based on data and information to facilitate informed decision-making regarding licensing agreements.

Job Overview
The IP Licensing Analyst is responsible for reviewing each licensee royalty certificate details and processing into our TM1 database. During this process, the IP Licensing Analyst performs detailed data validation and verification of compliance with the terms of the license agreements. The Analyst performs customer and product research. In addition, the Analyst will enter, process, and validate market research data of product specifications for entry into our database. Within Excel and TM1, the individual will generate reports and extract data in support of management decision-making, compliance testing, and forecasting. This individual helps design and maintain the data structures within TM1, with the assistance of IT specialists as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors - Accounting, Bachelors - Business Administration, Bachelors - Finance, Bachelors - Marketing, See the required degree associated with years of work experience
Work Experiences:
5+ years experience managing and analyzing data with High School diploma or equivalent
3+ years experience managing and analyzing data with an Associate's degree
1+ years experience managing and analyzing data.
