Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time legal department position dedicated to supporting our ServiceNow Legal Service Service Delivery Platform implementation. In this role, you will work to define short-term and long-term strategies for delivery in conjunction with our practice areas, Dell Digital, and additional members of the ServiceNow platform team. In addition, you will bring and drive a vision to help institutionalize the platform within the organization to streamline legal service delivery while driving advanced capabilities and digital transformation through the platform.

You will:

  • Act as the strategist and lead for the ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery Platform and align with  IT on upcoming capabilities
  • Manage development demand with IT leveraging an agile methodology for solution delivery
  • Work with the Legal Operations ServiceNow team to drive digital transformation efforts and standards across the platform
  • Work with our practice areas on onboardings, continuous improvement initiatives across the platform
  • Define integration requirements and drive implementation with critical business systems
  • Lead and drive implementation of our LawBot
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the ServiceNow legal team
  • Work with our analytics team to drive KPI’s for continuous improvement
  • Keep up with ongoing changes to the platform for new capabilities, upgrades, plug-ins, NLU and bot capability

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • 5+ years experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience organizing, coordinating, and leading teams in analyzing, documenting business requirements, functional design for development
  • Experience working in complex multi-team initiatives
  • Strong experience with process optimization, business process and/or data workflows and building/implementing large-scale global programs around technology/tools to enable a business function
  • Thought leader with strong communication skills: articulate and able to modulate communications based on audience; strategically agile; adapts well to change; ability to demystify complex activities and convey in a simple, straight forward manner
  • Incredible drive for results, meticulous attention to detail and exception sense of quality, personally accountability and intentional focus on building great relationships, values diverse perspectives, lives our purpose and values, and is recognized as someone people want to work with
  • Experience within a corporate legal department, law firm or legal vendor firm
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile Product delivery

Desirable Requirements

  • Project Management certificates
  • Six Sigma Certification or other process optimization experience/expertise
