Koch Companies Public Sector, LLC (KCPS) is seeking a Legal Coordinator to join the Legal Capability.

This position is open to Wichita, KS. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Provides support across a wide range of legal matters and subjects 
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, internal and external meetings, catering and logistics for campus visitors to Legal 
  • Create, format and finalize reports, presentations, newsletters, correspondence and other documentation 
  • Track attorney Continuing Legal Education (“CLE”) 
  • Management of Office Supplies 
  • Maintenance of matters in the capability’s legal matter management/ebilling system including matter setup, vendor setup and legal invoice review
  • Work on a variety of long and short-term projects 

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional business, law firm or in-house legal department setting 
  • Ability to manage, innovate and transform processes using various types of technology

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with legal matter management/ebilling systems and legal processes 
  • Office 365 experience 
  • Experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
