Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what’s right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. As Policy Leads, we engage in data-driven analysis, work with outside experts, advocacy groups, and collaborate with product partners and cross-functional teams to transform Google's principles into fair and consistent policies.
You will be part of a team that supports a wide range of Google products including but not limited to Search, Ads, Google Play, Maps, Drive, Google Assistant, Chrome, Google Photos, and more.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of policy issues such as privacy (e.g., Personalization), inclusion (e.g., self-Id), responsible development, content safety, abuse mitigation, hate speech, and misinformation.
