About the Role
Riskified is hiring a Paralegal to join our rapidly growing Legal team. In this role, you will report to the Company’s Deputy General Counsel and be responsible for handling a variety of legal issues. This is an exciting opportunity to join a young and successful public tech company and assist leadership in making sound, risk based decisions. What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for providing legal operations and paralegal support to Riskified’s cross-border legal team, located in New York City and Tel Aviv.
- Ensure we’re organized (i.e., documents, advice and other information are stored and organized appropriately)
- Coordinating the company’s regulatory filings (domestic and foreign)
- Assist with corporate governance matters, including Board and Committee meeting materials and Riskified’s SEC filings (6-Ks, 20-F, Proxy, etc.)
- Support review and management of various commercial agreements (e.g., NDAs, customer contracts, vendor agreements)
- Own the Legal budget and support others in the Legal team with respect to managing legal spend.
- Drive best-in-class processes, including owning and managing Riskified’s contract lifecycle management and CPQ systems, and providing support to Riskified’s Deal Desk.
- Identify and implement improvements to current legal operations and sales workflows.
- Prepare employee training materials regarding legal operations and sales workflows.
- Respond to general organizational questions from the sales/operations team.
- Maintain department resources, memos, department playbooks, compliance guides, etc.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years working as a paralegal and/or legal ops professional, preferably in-house at a high growth tech company.
- Experience with contract management systems such as Ironclad or similar.
- Experience with Salesforce, including CPQ processes
- Experience managing budgets or POs via Netsuite or similar.
- Experience driving processes and team collaboration using Work OS tools like Monday.com or similar.
- Excellent organizational, writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines, including the ability to effectively prioritize among multiple projects.
- Solid judgment and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
