Job Description

The Challenge:

Are you passionate about combining your Ethics & Compliance (E&C) expertise with big picture business thinking to empower innovation, drive critical missions, and deliver enduring value to enable growth? At Booz Allen, you will join a global team of experts driven to excel and realize values-driven change for our clients, colleagues, and communities. We bring bold thinking to complex challenges stretching across Analytics/AI, cyber, digital solutions, engineering, and consulting, and with industries ranging from defense to health, energy to international development.

You will both lead and support impactful ethics and compliance projects and activities in collaboration with senior colleagues from across the Legal, Ethics & Compliance department.  You will be asked to identify and mitigate relevant risks at scale and speed, including corruption risks. Your work will include writing and revising policies; developing and overseeing day-to-day execution of controls, including around contracting activities; developing training and communications; conducting risk analyses; researching best practices; and providing tailored, practical guidance to business stakeholders. You will build deep subject matter and tactical expertise, become fluent in Booz Allen’s business processes, and serve as a flexible team player able to collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.

On our team, you’ll build trusted partnerships across the firm and collaborate with fellow members of the Legal, Ethics & Compliance team to protect and advance the company, while navigating the complex, multifaceted, and often novel legal and compliance risks we face today. Guided by Booz Allen’s purpose and values, together we’ll anticipate and proactively prepare for the issues we’ll encounter tomorrow. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
