We are looking for an Associate General Counsel - Financial Compliance to join Snapcommerce’s growing Legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will provide regulatory compliance guidance for financial products (Credit Cards / Consumer Lending) we are developing, and depending on experience, our existing commerce and travel businesses. You will be a key strategic partner to the business, supporting them with guidance on compliance requirements, writing policies, and assistance in establishing procedural processes for assuring and tracking compliance and engaging externally with subject matter experts and regulators.
