The Adobe Litigation team handles worldwide litigations filed by and against the company, and advises the business on litigation risks. We are a close-knit and collaborative team, and are seeking a hardworking, positive, and high-energy litigator to join us. You will manage cases with the assistance of outside counsel, and will have the opportunity to learn about nearly every aspect of our company.
We are looking for a high integrity, expert investigator with HR, compliance, cyber crimes, and/or law enforcement background to join our Litigation, Trade Secret Protection Program, as the Lead Investigator. The goal of the program is to detect, analyze, and mitigate threats to the company’s intellectual property and confidential business information strategically and to help ensure the strength of our corporate integrity through ensuring compliance with our policies & procedures relating to use of Adobe IP. This is a sophisticated role, which involves working closely with in-house counsel, security analysts, outside counsel, and other partners.
In the role of Lead Investigator, you will focus on priority investigations, help drive the strategic oversight, and work with a multi-disciplinary team to remediate threats. You will also design and improve investigation workflows to accommodate the constantly evolving threat landscape. This work requires real-time problem solving, technical curiosity, critical thinking, excellent judgment, the highest ethical standards, and phenomenal communications skills.
