Data Privacy Specialist

Legal.io is working with a global leader in digital interactive entertainment to place a remote privacy specialist for a full time, 40 hour per week, 3-6 month contract.
What you’ll do:
- Supports projects related to ongoing compliance with privacy and data protection laws
- Assists with diverse privacy legal programmatic initiatives such as gathering and implementing requirements for updated privacy notices, integrating privacy controls frameworks and templates, and processing of data subject rights requests
- Promote best practices, streamlining data processes, and increasing efficiencies
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of templates, procedures, and process documentation
- Evaluate diverse existing strategic solutions for privacy compliance across brands to assist with alignment projects
What we expect:
- 4+ years of relevant privacy experience
- Experience with GDPR and CCPA
- Experience in a global tech environment
