Zscaler, headquartered in San Jose, CA, is looking for a full-time Senior Contracts Manager to join our Commercial Legal Team. This position can be fully remote anywhere in the U.S. or onsite at our headquarters. This position will report to our Senior Director.

We need someone that can:

• Be the point person (with oversight from in-house counsel) to review and process non-revenue generating agreements such as NDAs, marketing, and partner and vendor contracts from the initial request through execution
• Provide general administrative and legal support to the Commercial Legal Team to further company objectives
• Research and implement Legal Operations tools to help streamline our legal processes
• Manage relationships with legal vendors and be the point of contact for troubleshooting issues with legal tools
• Create and maintain files for customer, partner, and vendor contracts
• Assist in-house counsel with updating and creating standard form agreements
• Thrive in a dynamic environment by practicing effective time management and prioritization
• Take initiative and welcome the opportunity to learn new subject matters
• Display excellent organizational and time management skills, judgment and maintain strict confidentiality
• Have great attention to detail
• Be a team player

• BA/BS or equivalent from a 4-year university
• Minimum of 7-10 years contracts management experience; in-house legal experience and software/SaaS or other technology industry experience are a real plus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
• Familiarity with some of the following: Salesforce, DocuSign, Google apps, Box, and/or contracts management solutions.
