JOB SUMMARY:
The Signet Monitoring Center is a 24-hour operation responsible for protecting Signet’s assets (all banners, people and product). The operators view live data/camera footage and make split-second decisions regarding the appropriate course of action in criminal and/or violent situations to ensure safety and security. They also perform video compliance audits to ensure compliance with safety and security policies and procedures.

Training Schedule:
Monday thru Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
After Training:
10:00 am to 6:00 pm with Tuesday and Wednesday off.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Required: High School Diploma/Some College preferred
Required or Acceptable Job-Related Experience: Alarm monitoring, customer service, PD Dispatch
Years of Job-Related Experience Required: 2 Years
Technical/Other Skills Required: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and alarm systems preferred. Excellent communication skills.
