Graduate Interns join the program as part of the Supply Chain Organization; however, upon completion of the summer internship, students may receive simultaneous offers to extend the internship into the fall and spring, and even for full-time employment post-graduation. This summer Legal Graduate Internship will have the following responsibilities:
Collaborate with Intel's team of in-house attorneys, business groups, and engineers
Draft and edit contract documents for large, complex, international engagements
Shadow negotiations and assist in negotiation strategy development
Work with business groups to understand and find efficient, practical solutions to their legal and technology requirements
Prepare legal memoranda and presentations on groundbreaking legal issues
Research legal issues, regulatory developments, and prepare summaries
Participate in Intel's company-wide summer intern program, exposing Interns to all aspects of Intel's business

Qualifications
This is an entry-level position and will be compensated accordingly. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and, or internship experience. *This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must be pursuing a Law degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Second-year law student
Prior contracts coursework, negotiation experience, and contract drafting experience.
Experience working with confidential documents and under confidentiality obligations.
Prior work experience in a fast-moving and dynamic industry is beneficial but not required.
Knowledge of contract formation, preparation, review, and drafting.
Experience identifying key risk areas in a contract.
Experience in conducting legal research
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Interest in Intellectual Property, supply chain, business, technology

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
