Legal.io is working with an established biotech company seeking a remote Stock Plan Administrator for a temporary, contract position.

This role is anticipated to be a temporary, 1 - 3 month position.

What You’ll Do:

In this role you'll be responsible for administering the company's equity compensation plan and employee stock purchase plan. This position requires compensation and equity knowledge to be able to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.

  • Process and maintain equity plans and equity grand documentation.
  • Administer equity grants, exercises, releases, cancellations, terminations, and other equity compensation-based transactions.
  • Administer the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
  • Answer any employee questions regarding their stock options, RSUs (restricted stock units) and ESPP.
  • Assist shareholders with any stock-related issues (such as lost certificates, lost dividend checks, etc.)

Who you are:

  • 5+ years experience in stock plan administration
  • Familiarity with tools like Shareworks, Equity Edge Online, Carta, Ceridian

Role Details:

  • Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
  • Hours / Week: 40 hours/week
  • Contract Length: 1 - 3 months (possibly longer)
  • Location: Remote - US
  • Rate: $50/hr - $55/hr (equivalent of $100k - $110k annually)
