As an Associate within our Regulatory Operations team, you will help develop, draft and format our core insurance policy documents, including but not limited to the Transparency in Coverage Narratives and Evidences of Coverage across Oscar’s Individual + Small Group Portfolio. You will follow pre-established workflows, tools and requirements to ensure operational success, while simultaneously guiding the development of process improvements, facilitating cross-functional support where needed. You will work with both a wide range of internal Oscar teams and independently to meet departmental and company goals. You will report to the Manager of Regulatory Operations.
You will report to the Regulatory Operations Manger. This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Washington, D.C. The potential base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $96,000-$126,000. The potential base pay for this role in all other locations is: $86,400-$113,400

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
