The incumbent will support the activities of the General Counsel and other members of Senior Management. Administrative responsibilities include composing and typing correspondence; upon request, communicating with outside counsel, customers, directors, management personnel, all levels of employees, service providers and vendors; and certain administrative tasks which may come up from time to time, upon request.
ESSENTIALS OF THE JOB:
Composing and/or typing correspondence to complete assigned projects.
Drafts and reviews a variety of commercial agreements including but not limited to confidentiality agreements, Master Services Agreements/Statements of Work, vendor contracts and clinical trial agreements.
Prepares and coordinates procedural documentation for general legal matters including but not limited to contract management.
Upon request, assist in maintaining the Company's data room.
Upon request, assist with coordination of corporate-related filings.
Ensures matters needing immediate attention are handled in a timely fashion.
Establishes and maintains correspondence and document files.
Upon request, serves as liaison with clients, service providers and outside counsel.
Maintains complete confidentiality at all times.
Must be well-organized and diligent.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a liberal arts or science field and a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP).
Experience Requirements:
At least five years of experience as a paralegal is required.
